The client is a very successful media personality and has extensively travelled all over the world. She would like to spend at least a month or so in Europe in May along with her two teenage daughters and want to travel independently. She would also love to travel by train in Europe and want her daughters to experience the same.

3. In Switzerland want to experience Glacier Express and Chocolate train.
4. Want to visit Paris
5. Must visit and stay in Disneyland

The Glacier Express Experience
The Glacier Express is a direct train from Zermatt to St. Moritz or vice versa. We are getting on the train from Chur for the most scenic part of the journey. The train is also referred to as the ‘slowest express train in the world’: the journey takes about 8 hours out of which we willbe a part of 5 hours and 40 minutes. There is a good reason for this slow pace: the train squeezes its way through the Alps, through narrow valleys, tight curves, 91 tunnels, and across 291 bridges.
In First Class Lunch and beverages are served at your seat.

It runs from Montreux to the Gruyère region from where the excellent quality Cailler chocolate and naturally, Gruyere cheese come from! You will travel exclusively in 1st class “Belle Epoque Pullman” deluxe carriages just as in 1915, or in panoramic coaches. Visit the picturesque Gruyères village and discover how Gruyere cheese is made at the demonstration cheese dairy. It is at Broc, where you will see how chocolate is made at the Cailler factory where a tour is offered together with a film and a tasting.
The Chocolate train runs every Monday to Thursday from May to October and every day in July and August. September to 13th October on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday only.

At Paris Gare Du Nord train station you will have to check in 45 minutes earlier (not earlier than that, else you will have to wait in a separate queue). You will go through immigration and security check at Disneyland station. So please maintain check in timings. No restriction on bottles, food and other items like in flights.

Check-in for the Eurostar train to London is done through a special upper level at Gare du Nord (Level 1 or Niveau 1 in French), separated from the rest of the station, where all Eurostar travelers must pass through both French and British passport control before boarding the train.
Border Controls and Security
Once you’ve cleared the Eurostar check-in, you have to go through border controls and baggage checks as follows:
o First stop was the French border control who will take a look at your passport
o Next the UK Border Control officers will check your passport and the completed landing card for non-EU travellers
o Next you proceed to baggage x-ray, where you have to lift your own cases onto the x-ray belt
Eurostar Departure Lounges
After immigration and baggage check you proceed to the rather cramped departure lounges where there are cafes, sandwich bars, news agency, gift shops etc.
Porte A is for those booked in coaches 7 – 18
Porte B is for those booked in coaches 1 – 6
Finally you’ll arrive in the Eurostar waiting lounge. The first waiting lounge is for regular Eurostar ticket holders, with tickets for train cars (“voiture”) 6 to 18. A second smaller waiting lounge can be found further down the hall and is reserved for Eurostar Business and Premier clients, usually seated in train cars 1 to 5.
Boarding for the Eurostar train starts 20 minutes before departure. An employee will check your Eurostar ticket once more before allowing you to descend onto the dedicated Eurostar platforms at the western end of Gare du Nord. Immediately after this last ticket check, you can descend onto the train platform using either the moving sidewalk to your left, or via the stairs to your right.
To find where you’re seated on the train look at the center of your Eurostar ticket where there will be a car number (“Voit”, short for “Voiture” in French, meaning “Car”) and seat number printed, such as in in the following photo (showing Voit 17 seat 23).
Arrival
After arrival, you’ll make your way towards the atrium area with its gigantic clock on the center of the wall. You’ll descend down a moving walkway towards the customs area where you will pass British customs officers randomly screening passengers.

My preference for hotel in Venice would be Option 1Savoia and Jolanda due to its cost effectiveness, especially at this late stage of booking.
Venice gets very crowded during summer and almost half its hotels are already full.

Victoria Hotel will be definitely the first choice for its unmatched grandeur and location perched up on the hill. Will need to take a funicular to reach the hotel though. Not an issue due to Swiss ingenuity.
