Creating an Itinerary

Once you have decided to engage our services, we request you to kindly fill out and mail us the questionnaire. Once we receive your mail, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours and have a personal interaction to identify your preferences for the tour. After we have a clear understanding of your requirement, we will create a personal bespoke itinerary for you within 3 business days.

Once we freeze the itinerary, we will guide you on the visa processing, booking air ticket and hotels rooms. These bookings can be booked by you directly using travel aggregator websites like, but not limited to Makemytrip, Expedia or Booking.com. This is to ensure maximum transparency and to ensure you get the best possible airfares and hotel tariffs. Our goal is to ensure that you have the cheapest option available.

Booking Air Tickets and Hotel Rooms

We will recommend the airlines and ports of entry and exit for your itinerary and suggest the best flight options for your holiday.

We will also give you suggestions on hotel rooms and B&Bs based upon which you can choose your room depending upon your preferences and budget.

In order to ensure maximum transparency and to avail the best available fares, we would encourage you to do these bookings yourself, based on our recommendations, using travel aggregator websites like Makemytrip, Expedia or Booking.com. Our goal is to ensure that you have the best as well as the cheapest option available.

Visa Process

Once we have fixed the itinerary, we will start with preparation for your visa application requirements including identifying and preparing the requisite documentations. Once the documentations are completed, you have an option to either do the visa process through our local visa facilitator in Chennai or you can apply for the requisite visa at your local European Visa facilitation Centre.

Kindly note that even if you decide to apply for the visa on your own, the European visa process is not a very difficult process and the most important aspect is to include all requisite supporting documentations with your visa application. Rest be assured, we will guide you through all aspects of applying for visa on your own.

What is in it for us?

We do not take any commission from any vendor. Our revenues are generated by way of consultancy fees.

The consultancy fee is charged per itinerary based on the number of days for which you want us to create the itinerary.

We charge a nominal fee of Rs.1500/- per day of the itinerary. For instance, if your itinerary is for 10 days, our fees would be Rs 15,000/-

If you wish to avail of visa processing through our local visa process facilitator, we charge a nominal additional service charge of Rs. 3000/- per person excluding visa fees.

Kindly be assured that we do not take any commissions from airlines, hotels, event managers or any other vendor and our recommendations are based purely on a matrix of quality, price and user ratings by travellers who have actually experienced the services earlier.

Ultimately, it will be your preference of each service that will be incorporated into the itinerary and you will be making the payment directly with the vendor.
